Hey Oppo, long time no see! Just a quick post to let EurOppos know that I’ll be at the Ring for VLN3 next weekend, and then make a big loop going to Maastricht and driving back to Paris via Belgium. If anyone is around there and wants to come say hi, it’d be my pleasure!
I’ll do a photodump of the Le Mans weekend soon, but I’m not sure I’ll have time to write a full post. Things are a bit hectic right now, between all the great car-stuff on the weekends and my full-time internship. But a photodump absolutely is coming, at least!
I hope the Oppo Clio will be fine for the trip, it’s been a bit... difficult lately, and the list of things to fix only seems to get longer everytime I get around to get something fixed. Here’s hoping a couple of laps of the Ring won’t kill it for good!

Have fun at the ‘Ring! VLN races are great, but be sure to sort of plan which spots you want to go look at before hand (so you know where to find them, where to park and such)
Also enjoy Maastricht, it’s a lovely city, maybe even the nicest one we have. Which day will you be there? It’s more than 100km driving for me, so it’s a tad far to come to say hi, lol.

I won a pair of VIP tickets for the race, I think there’s a shuttle taking us around the different spots. So while the whole VIP thing will probably be great, sadly I don’t think I’ll get to chose the spots!
The plan is to watch the race on Saturday, do a couple of laps in the evening, basically do a reverse EurOppoMeet 2017 and sleep near Liège. Then I think we’ll eat at Maastricht on Sunday not too late and drive back home from there.

Oh that’s nice, they know the best spots, and no hassle of parking your car every time!

I’m sure I will! I’ll be sure to bring plenty of pics for Oppo too :)
